Enjoy an exclusive dining experience at the 1884 Dock Street Kitchen 'Chef's Table'.

You will dine from an 8 course tasting menu that showcases the very best of what 1884 has to offer.

From here you will have a front row seat with a fascinating insight into how a professional kitchen operates. The chefs will be on hand to talk you through the dishes, and a personal waiter will be yours for the night.

We can also tailor a matching wine package that will be specifically selected to complement and enhance each course.

Your final menu will be created to take advantage of the best seasonal produce available. We will of course accommodate specific dislikes, food allergies and special requirements.
